Condo Hotels are a desirable and practical choice in vacation home ownership. The concept is simple and appealing: buyers purchase a luxury vacation home at a world-class resort and receive rent revenue when they are not using it.

 

It is a completely different concept from Timeshare or Fractional Ownership properties that only offer one or two weeks of time and/or a potential increase in property value down the road.

 

A Condo Hotel is a deeded property that you can use for 3 weeks in the summer and a minimum of 2 weeks in each of the fall, winter and spring, OR any time that the suite is not rented and occupancy is below 80%, subject to a 30 day regulatory maximum in the summer. In addition, because of the prime location, upscale quality and brand recognition of the Hotel, Condo Hotels are highly desired and have historically appreciated and resold readily.

 

Purchasing a Condo Hotel Residence in an established luxury resort allows  you to see what you are buying, to know the historic occupancy rates and to experience the level of service quality.
